Are Ogee products waterproof?

Our products are not waterproof.  As a certified organic company, we do not use any dyes or harsh chemicals that would make our color cosmetic products have a "staining" effect.

What kind of coverage does this provide?

Each of our shades offer buildable coverage.  You can apply a light layer for a more sheer look to enhance your natural glow, or apply additional layers for fuller coverage with a more opaque look.

Does this contain SPF?

How long will this last on my skin?

    This pigmented skin serum is amazing! A lighter feel than the sticks. It gives medium coverage and is buildable and works well with the powder. I’m loving it! The poplar is the perfect color for me now, but as winter approaches i will need a lighter shade. Do you have plans to include lighter tones? My tone is very light and a bit more yellow and my daughter is a also super pale ‘Irish’ Strawberry Blonde with pink undertones.

    Organic glow in a small bottle

    I have been using Ogee products for a while now, specially their crystal contour collection, lip oil, mascara and complexion stick. Suffice it to say that I love these products for several reasons, including ease of application, their packaging, convenience, the shades themselves and most of all their organic and natural content and the brand’s commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing. I decided to add to my collection, and recently purchased the complexion perfecting tinted serum in Banyan. I even received a free makeup brush, which was the cherry on top! I am so happy with this purchase. For days/evenings when I need that little extra glow or perking up of my natural complexion without it feeling cakey, too oily or dry, I apply a little bit (and that goes a long way), blend it with the Ogee makeup brush, which is perfect for it, and follow it up with the 3-set contour kit and a bit of mascara and lip oil (my favorite is a terracotta kind of shade Ogee sports, called Nolana) - I am yet to try their lipsticks or other contour kits, but would love to some day. I would also like to add that as a woman of color in her 40s, it’s hard to come by the perfect shades or consistency of tinted moisturizers/serums and concealers. I was so happy to find what I was looking for in Ogee’s inclusive line of tinted serums and complexion sticks.

    A Perfect Match

    I took the test but choose a different shade. I picked cedar to match my complexion and it was a perfect fit! I am not a foundation person, but Ogees formula is light and smooth and goes on incredibly with the base brush! I am hooked!

    Thick Serum

    This product is not a serum, it's too thick. It also has a weird makeup smell. It doesn't feel lightweight on my skin. It's heavy like a foundation. I was looking forward to loving this purchase. Disappointing.

Our Complexion Perfecting Tinted Serum does not have any added fragrance, as the scent profile comes from the active botanical ingredients that are used. This product contains incredible ingredients from the Amazon forest including Copaifera officinalis, Carapa guaianensis and Euterpe oleracea, also commonly known as Copaíba, Andiroba, and Açai. Rosemary extract has also been added, which helps to protect the skin from free radical damage!
