It all started with a question our co-founder Abbott couldn't stop asking. While helping develop products for some of the biggest names in beauty, he kept seeing the same thing behind the scenes: formulas loaded with synthetic fillers, unnecessary additives, and industry shortcuts that had nothing to do with how people actually wanted to live or care for themselves.

So he left. And he built something better.
