At Ogee, we are committed to creating the ultimate certified organic collection of high-performance, multi-functional beauty. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily allow a refund on unused or gently used products within 60 days of purchase from ogee.com. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund and there is no additional restocking fee.
If your products are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s paid cost and applicable taxes. Please note that shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.
Collections, Sets, and Bundles are eligible for return only if the complete set is returned.
For U.S. Returns:
- You will need your order number and email address or zip code.
- Head to our returns portal to start the process.
We do not currently accept international returns or returns for purchases made in retail locations.
Orders placed during Gift with Purchase promotions with minimum purchase thresholds are not eligible for a return without the return of the corresponding Gift with Purchase product.
Gift recipients wishing to return their products will be granted online credit and should contact email@example.com for assistance prior to making a return.
We take great care to list our ingredients in full for each and every product on the site. If you have known allergies, or sensitivities to an ingredient, please review these lists carefully before selecting a product.

We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders over $100 and $6.99 standard ground shipping on U.S. orders under $100. Please make sure to review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Ogee shipment.
- PO Box customers – please choose standard shipping at checkout via USPS and include your PO Box address in your shipping information. Otherwise, please choose upgraded shipping and provide your physical address for delivery.
- Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your shipment's original date of delivery for assistance.
- Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
We cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted and we are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.
- We process and ship orders during business days Monday – Friday, excluding Holiday closures.
- We are pleased to offer FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 via USPS and process orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. We thank you in advance for your patience surrounding major site events and product launches.
- We offer Two Day and Overnight shipping services available for purchase at checkout with rates based on the delivery zip code. All orders placed for Two Day and Overnight received by 12pm EST will depart that same day. All orders received after 12pm EST will depart the following business day. Please note that all expedited orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Expedited services are delivered on business days only, Monday – Friday, per the carrier’s policies. We do not offer Overnight services for Saturday delivery at this time.
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) - your shipment will depart within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Two Day (2 business days) – your shipment will depart the same day it is placed if before 12pm EST.
Overnight (Next business day) - your shipment will depart the same day it is placed if before 12pm EST.
