Our products are not waterproof.  As a certified organic company, we do not use any dyes or harsh chemicals that would make our color cosmetic products have a "staining" effect.

What kind of coverage does this provide?

Each of our shades offer buildable coverage.  You can apply a light layer for a more sheer look to enhance your natural glow, or apply additional layers for fuller coverage with a more opaque look.

    Title seems meaningless.

    I really like this face stick in the Carnelian. It is smooth, moisturizing, gives just a hint of color with a glowy finish. I use it on my cheek bones, my eyelids, and my lips. I also have one in more of rouge which i don’t really care for. It is dry, just not the lovely consistency of the Carnelian. The same goes for the base; it needs a lot of moisturizer first.

    Hi Molly, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you're loving the Face Stick in Carnelian. It sounds like you may need to warm your Face Stick shades up a bit! Try gliding a few layers on the back of your hand before applying to your face to heat up the organic butters, waxes, & oils within the product. The more you layer the product, the creamier it will become. You may then use any preferred blending brush, sponge, or your fingers to gently smooth and blend out the product - for best use we would suggest our Blender Brush!
