    Maritza, Thank you for sharing your experience! Pearl is a light shade to highlight the height of the cheekbones, eyelids, and cupid's bow! It is a brightening, iridescent color that can be used to illuminate any features, as it has a slight pearlescent shimmer that will catch the natural light in a beautiful way (yet the subtle iridescence is not "shimmery" or glittery). Our pro-tip when using your highlighting Face Stick is to swipe the shade on the back of your hand a few times to warm it up and activate the product for deeper pigment during application.     I have never used a brush before just makeup pads which is always messy. I love the brush and how easily it helps to blend the sticks. Makes application super easy. The bristles are so soft and feel great!
