Returns (365 Day Return Policy)

We stand behind every product and want you to be 100% satisfied. Returns are accepted within 365 days of receiving your product. (Please note, only items purchased on www.ogee.com may be accepted for return or exchange). If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please:

2) After you have contacted us you can return your item(s). Send the item back to us within 365 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, to:

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. Once your return has been received we will refund your order for the cost of the products only - the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Shipping Returns Back

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your item(s) you should mail your product to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund is being processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, time may vary on how long it takes for your exchanged product to reach you. If you need to exchange an item, please:
